Beach Villas at Ko Olina AOAO

A great vacation with the family. Our Grandson loved the kids pool area. He swam everyday. He went to the beach cove on numerous occasions. The gym is well equipped.

We had a really nice stay at this resort on our first visit. Overall, it was a great experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. While there isn’t an on-site restaurant or store, the drink shack was a convenient and enjoyable touch for grabbing refreshments. One thing to note is that the pool was quite cold during our stay, which may be something to keep in mind depending on the time of year. Aside from that, we had a great time.

First off, Mariana is the greatest hostess on Earth. If you have the privilege of her service, she'll go the extra mile every time. We loved her! My girlfriend and I love this place! Carl down at the tiki bar is super friendly and has perfect timing. The check-in staff is wonderful! The view is amazing. We actually saw a whale right from our room! The pool area is absolutely stunning, and the beach is a few steps away. Love the room, absolutely gorgeous and spacious. All the amenities are here. If you're going to stay in Honolulu, stay here!!

I'm sure there is a great variety of rooms and quality here, but I am very happy with the room we got. It was an excellent room. Further, staff are kind and helpful. Within walking distance, there are many different kinds of restaurants and basic shopping.

The parking could be better for larger vehicles. Otherwise, the room, the service, and the location are perfect. We could not have asked for better place for a family vacation.

Breathtaking views. Relaxing. Not crowded. Fabulous beach and pools. Rooms are comfortable.

It’s a beautiful place; even though they are artificial beaches, they don't lose their beauty. In fact, they've given it a special touch with abundant plants of different varieties and colors, coconut palms, beautiful large trees, and a lovely view behind where you can see the mountain and the Disney hotel."

If you're looking for a change of pace from the crowded pools of Aulani, just stay at the Beach Villas. They have dedicated quiet areas and the 2nd lagoon is so chill. There are still plenty of people having fun, kids enjoying all the amenities, its just quieter, not as packed. The walkability was still there. We still went to Aulani for a couple meals and to see the characters, you just cant swim on the property. The airbnb we booked came with chairs, sports equipment, sandcastle toys, boogie boards, pool noodles, and much more. We had a kitchen too, we went to Costco right after we landed and got everything we needed for our weeks worth of meals. There are two pools and 3 large spas on property. 2 min walk thru the pool area to get to the lagoon. Very convenient. We had a great time!
